In an age where attention to detail counts--providers, health plans & healthcare facilities trust our 1,100+ employees for comprehensive solutions that add value to their bottom line. www.AltegraHealth.com and www.sscincorporated.com Call Center Reporting Analyst: This is a full-time position and will be based in Miami Lakes, FL and will report to the VP of Outreach for Social Service Coordinators, the Eligibility & Enrollment division of Altegra Health. The Business Analyst will have the following responsibilities:
Reporting to the companys Vice President of Outreach the Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and tracking department key performance indicators (KPIs) and other operational metrics in support of Call Center Member Outreach operations. The Business Analyst will apply his/her expertise to perform accurate and detail data analyses and make recommendations based on data findings to improve operations. The Business Analyst will participate in process development and business management discussions to ensure the department achieves its specified goals and strategic objectives. The Business Analyst will use his/her expert verbal and presentation skills when necessary to communicate issues and/or opportunities to management that impact the departments performance goals and standards. The Business Analyst will work with various business and IT teams; this includes, working on initiatives and key projects within Call Center Member Outreach. Business Analyst will handle multiple task assignments simultaneously, work independently or with a project team. The position is expected to function with considerable independence while operating within a team structure. Lead and provide expert leadership on daily tasks as well as highly visible and strategic initiatives. Monitor key production metrics with current reports as well as identify anomalies and or abnormal trends that are in those reports or its underlying data. Identify reports needed to support Outreach Operations and create report specifications and submit them to Data Analytics team as required. Monitor the life cycle of report development and validate its data correctness when complete. Create presentations using key data metrics to substantiate findings and recommendations for Call Center Member Outreach improvements. Work closely with the Project Management team to prioritize reports and/or outreach initiatives. Provide input regarding business processes improvements and best practices. Participate in planning sessions with business to implement process improvement within an assigned area. Liaise between business units and IT units to provide support, resolve problems, identify key deliverables and escalate to management as appropriate. Analyze and report on success of implemented solutions as it relates to their outcomes. Active problem solving in decision making as required. Monitors tasks from initiation through delivery and monitors for continuous improvement. Completes any relevant analysis where required. Provides guidance to respective team on performance and productivity issues. Actively participates or may lead in analyzing data and developing recommendations and action plans. Accountable for the development of project documentation for senior executives and other key clients to facilitate sharing of project outcomes and best practices. Makes formal presentations to various senior level audiences. Adheres to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements (if applicable), and Altegra Health's policies and procedures. The position is expected to function with considerable independence while operating within a team structure. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project required.Experience: Experience in health care business or related field, plus 5-7 years progressive experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in health care and 3-5 years experience with SQL preferred. The ideal candidate must have a strong analytical background with report development experience,ability to translate data into meaningful information into report or presentation formats. Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization, build consensus and influence others is essential. Candidates must have strong analytical and operations skills. Business Analyst Professional certification (i.e., CBAP), or similar industry experience are a plus. Experience with direct mail marketing campaigns a plus.
