WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

In your role as a Senior Customer Service Supply Chain Analyst at Kellogg, you will be part of our success by:

·

Developing, maintaining and managing personalized customer service strategies for your assigned market area

·

Ensuring customer order management needs are met from the point of order placement through order receipt

·

Working diligently to balance service and cost for the entire supply chain while meeting or exceeding customer targets

·

Acting as a Supply Chain advocate for Field Sales Partners, Transportation, Product Availability, and all Corporate departments

·

Utilizing the Kellogg SAP system tools and available data to provide exceptional customer service and pro-active order management

WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?

As well as a hunger to learn and succeed, you must be able to meet the following requirements to be considered for this position:

Required:
·

HS / GED with substantial Consumer Packaged Goods work-related experience in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service and/or Logistics

·

Demonstrated a high level of past performance and robust leadership skills

·

Independent problem-solver with strong analytical and communication skills

·

Ability to multi-task and deal with frequently changing priorities

·

Previous experience communicating complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals or audiences with differing knowledge levels

·

Service key customers within a team environment

·

High degree of attention to detail

·

Proficiency working in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred:
·

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or Business and significant work experience in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and/or Logistics

·

SAP experience

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?

·

Requires flexibility to work extended hours when needed; some weekend work may also be required.

·

Minimal travel is required in this role
