As a Service Desk Specialist in the IT Service Desk , you will under direct supervision, provide support services to the service desk and respond to minor end-user requests and issues, as well as assist in all aspects of the Asset Management inventory processes. In addition, you will acquire and apply a working knowledge of ERIE systems, processes and lines of business in order to assist in analyzing and resolving problems reported by Agents and Employees.

High school diploma or GED required .
Some additional technical training preferred .
Two years of experience with information systems, including working knowledge of Windows, networks, mainframe, data gathering and service desk environments required .
Customer service experience required .
Positive AVA/JARS correlation preferred .
