Section of Pediatric Hematology, Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplantation has an opening for a full-time Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor to work in the Section of Pediatric Hematology, Oncology, and Bone Marrow Transplantation at the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora.

Job Responsibilities:
During the first three years of this appointment, approximately fifty percent (50%) of the candidate's professional effort will be devoted to clinical coverage of Neuro-oncology inpatients, outpatients and consults, along with attending physician coverage of the inpatient clinical service. The outpatient clinical effort may include conducting neuro-oncology clinics in one of our satellite clinics in the Denver Metropolitan area. The remaining approximately 50% of professional effort will be protected for Research and Academics.

Required Education/Experience/Skills (Minimum Qualifications)

Applicants should have an MD, DO, or MD/PhD degree, and be board-eligible in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology.

Desired qualifications

Completion at least one year of further training in pediatric neuro-oncology
Faculty experience in pediatric neuro-oncology
Board-certification in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology.
