Provides respiratory care to adults and geriatric patients by planning, administering and monitoring respiratory care in conjunction with interdisciplinary team; participates in developing staff and patient education, as required.
Graduate of an accredited college or university of respiratory therapy with either an associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in respiratory therapy. Current licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice respiratory therapy in the state of Pennsylvania. Performs clinical procedures for patients from adolescents to geriatric. Must have CRT/RRT certification. Clinical experience in all areas of respiratory care is preferred.
