Education & Experience:
- Typically requires 2 – 5 years with Bachelors Degree or equivalent

Eligibility and Health Care, Social Services, Resolution Process, or related government agency
Training, coaching and/or mentoring (2 years or more)
Federal, state and local eligibility programs
Business, Management and Leadership Principles
