Responsibilities for local and remote sites:|
Proficient in Windows AD Administration.
Knowledge of Federated Services, LDAP, and Windows Scripting.
Maintain, support, and document Virtual and Non-Virtual Windows and Linux servers.
Administer, maintain, and support Network Infrastructure.
Perform installations, configurations and upgrades to Linux and Windows Servers.
Install and maintain server and desktop OS, security and antivirus patches.
Document processes and procedures to automate common tasks.
Comply with SOX and ISO procedures.
Mentor and assist remote Windows and Linux systems administrators.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
5 years of experience administering Windows AD, including Windows2008 experience.
Knowledge of RedHat Enterprise, CentOS, or Scientific Linux.
Knowledge of VMware.
Strong scripting knowledge: Powershell, WSH, etc.
Must be able to troubleshoot complex issues quickly and effectively.
Strong Knowledge of AD, Global Policies, Windows Patching.
Off-hour and weekend work will be sometimes required.
Must have effective interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
Excellent communication skills to interface internally and externally with all levels of the organization and to participate in problem-solving and quality-improvement activities.
Demonstrate good analysis and problem-solving skills.
Have an inherent sense of urgency and accountability.
Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
