As a member of our team as a Service Sales Associate, you will take inbound calls from customers inquiring about the services we provide. You will not cold-call or even speak to anyone who does not already want to talk to you in regards to their phone, internet, cable or home alarm service. Service Sales Associate-Call Center Inside Sales Service Advisor Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Service Sales Associate at Saveology, you will answer inbound calls and educate customers about the services we provide. Throughout your conversations, you will look for opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell – ensuring that whatever suggestions you make are in the best interest of the customer and in-line with their general needs. As a Service Sales Associate for Saveology, you must be an industrious and competitive individual – able to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
