The

BPEL Developer 1

will build and test SOA interfaces to provide SOA foundational architecture for TIM solution. Analyze the interfaces requirement and define the data requirements to integrate with internal and external systems.

Responsibilities include:
Build and Test interfaces for SOA Integrations using Oracle SOA suite products.

Finalize technology and architecture details related to the integration solution

Skills: Strong hands on experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware 10g/11g SOA products (BPEL, OSB, BPM), Familiarity with Open source standards for integration including XML, WSDL, SOAP etc.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
US Citizenship Required

Bachelors Degree or 4 years additional experience in lieu of degree

Minimum of 4 years of experience working in large, complex integration projects with skills across each of the following areas: experience in Service Oriented architecture; experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware 10g/11g Stack (BPEL, OSB, BPM); knowledge of Oracle database, SQL and PL/SQL ; familiarity with Open source standards XML, WSDL, SOAP etc.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Enterprise Architecture standards

Knowledge of the DHS Systems Engineering Life Cycle methodology

Familiarity with the complexities of working with the DHS data centers

This role requires U.S. Citizenship due to client clearance requirements.
