Provide 747/767/777/KC-46 Program CAD Process and Tools support by representing end-user interests in the PTRB, and other technical review board forums. Disperse communication, between Programs and Engineering Ops Core for engineering process and tools issue (problem) identification and recommended solutions. Work closely with other team members to leverage experience and standardization across Programs for sound recommendations and proposals. Present clear and concise presentation proposals to Program Leaders for approval, based on engineering data mining actuals.

Leads or supports the development, documentation, implementation and consultation of the application of, and compliance with, requirements for the use of engineering tools, processes and standards. Guides training and provides subject matter expertise in the utilization of processes, tools and integration of engineering designs. Ensures regulatory requirements are met. Leads or supports the validation of user access roles and the production of moderately complex tip sheets.

Guides configuration management, coordination of changes, assessments of compliance and manages the implementation of product standards across company business units and programs. Represents Company interests on external standards committees and develops, adapts and/or adopts external standards for internal use.

Directs the development, maintenance and distribution of engineering documents, reports and correspondence to enable business activity. Leads the collection, analysis and validation of engineering performance metrics and coordinates organizational requirements to support business needs. Works under minimal direction.
