Assist with Facility Maintenance by issuing, receiving inventory, tools, etc. to support the operation. This may entail cycle counts, stocking, cleaning, organization, labeling, making parts runs, and assisting technicians as the operation requires and ensuring the overall integrity of the parts/tools.
High school diploma or GED.
Forklift/pallet jack experience preferred.
Familiarity with airport maintenance preferred.
Must be familiar and be able to identify basic parts and tools.
Must be able to use ladders and personal lifts for stocking purposes.
PC skills with knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and work order systems
Must have a valid Texas Drivers License, and the ability to pass an FAA/Customs Security Background Check
Issue/receive transactions of parts/tools from the technicians.
Assist the warehouse and facility maintenance department as requested.
Input required information into the computerized maintenance management system.
Responsible for the completion of any related preventative work (vehicles, ladders, harnesses, lifts, etc.).
Responsible for the completion of any related corrective work.
Responsible for verifying all work is being done correctly, safely and on time.
Responsible for overtime requests, Performa entries, etc.
Responsible for completion of projects and special assigned work.
Responsible for utilizing time effectively and efficiently.
Responsible for training and mentoring other technicians.
Responsible for following the rules set forth in the employee handbook.
