Help save lives with your sales and event planning experience at the American Red Cross. Join our Donor Recruitment team to ensure there is an adequate blood supply for accident victims, premature babies and other hospital patients in Central Arkansas. Responsibilities include: maintaining strong relationships with existing organizations that host blood drives in Central Arkansas, finding new businesses, schools, houses of worship, etc. to coordinate blood drives and recruit blood donors; creating territory-specific donor recruitment strategies; partnering with local media, community events and educating groups in order to increase blood collections.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, communications or equivalent combination of related education and experience required. Minimum one year related experience required. Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance techniques, negotiation skills, and the ability to effectively implement programs is preferred. Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively are required. Excellent oral and written communications skills, including training and presentation skills is required. A current valid driver's license and good driving record is required.
