Wyndham Rewards Member Services Rep
Responsible for servicing all Wyndham Hotel Group Wyndham Rewards, Wyndham Rewards featuring Wyndham by Request and Micropass members. Ensure timely phone and written response to inquiries from members and potential members of Wyndham Rewards. Responsible for handling the member inquiries and doing what is necessary to retain the member for Wyndham Rewards. Must answer Reservation calls and perform all reservation sales agents tasks as well. This is an evening position.

· Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills.
· Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Demonstrated ability to multi-task.
· Solid reasoning and deductions skills.
· Demonstrated adaptability to fast paced environment.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality.
