The Digital Marketing & eCommerce position is responsible for building loyal and profitable relationships with consumers through digital marketing by analyzing and optimizing on-line marketing campaigns. Drive and improve lead generation and nurturing through various direct channels, including website, e-mail, SEO, PPC SEM, and content marketing. Understands and advises on marketing automation workflows to increase quality leads and conversion through e-commerce. Strong familiarity with CRM, data segmentation, marketing strategies, data analysis, web marketing, and content marketing required.
The Digital Marketing & e-Commerce position is a ‘hands-on’ opportunity. The ideal candidate should thrive on working with both people and data, be excited about the online digital marketing arena and eager to build, test, track, modify and continuously improve and advise upon campaigns and results. This role may also coordinate online advertising including pay-per-click and advise assist with digital marketing strategies related to SEO, website, social media and other online and off-line channels.
The best candidate must be prepared to:
•Contribute to creative briefs and strategic brainstorm sessions
•Offer and provide creative problem solving feedback and suggestions
•Work in collaboration with the product marketing teams to leverage digital marketing within the marketing strategy mix.
•Manage assigned projects to ensure proper resources and strategies are in place
•Identify areas of improvement
•Attend meetings related to management and execution of assigned projects
The winning candidate will need to demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness and flexibility to thrive in our fast-paced, collaborative environment.
•Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or equivalent
•5+ years experience with CRM and lead-nurture programs (preferably Salesforce and HubSpot)
•Experience working with customer and marketing data preferred.
