Position reports to the Manager of the United States Air Force (USAF) Tanker Supply Support (IPT). Responsibilities include: identify program specific elements to establish database structure; document data for Provisioning Parts List (PPL), Long Lead Items List (LLIL) and Design Change Notices (DCN) IAW MIL-PRF-49506 and provide and process Supplemental Data for Provisioning (SDFP) as required by contract; identify provisioning requirements for modeling, forecasting and data sharing; recommend changes to existing internal processes and practices; assist in evaluating emerging tools and trends: Collaborate in customer's provisioning conferences; develop ad hoc reports and generate standardized reports; determine replacement parts and repair level requirements; verify recommended spares can be stocked and stored at intended use facility to include packaging, handling, storage and transportation requirements: conduct alternative source analysis for obsolete parts; evaluate engineering data to verify that required parts data is documented: identify gaps and initiate resolution. Additional responsibilities include: Respond to customer inquiries regarding provisioning matters. Defines project specific elements. Analyze technical data to develop preliminary parts list. Determine replacement parts and repair level requirements. Establish stocking requirements and identify recommended procurement levels.

Basic Qualifications For Consideration

Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
