This position reports to the Finance Shared Services (FSS) (AP Supervisor II) Accounts Payable Resolution Supervisor. The role is primarily responsible for second and third level escalations, involving, but not limited to, vendor issues, internal customer questions regarding various aspects of AP. Resolution requires researching, analyzing and/or reconciling vendor accounts and solving customer issues by applying knowledge and experience. Coordination of communication between stakeholders is occasionally necessary in order to resolve issues. Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) rules and procedures is necessary to ensure customer issues and invoice discrepancies are resolved in a timely and accurate manner.
The position also requires critical decision making based on complex problems resulting from analyzing data from various reports (aging, unapproved, case management, open receipts, GRNI, forecasts, status reports, etc.). Application of AP knowledge and experience in order to solve complex problems which can involve numerous stakeholders and/or various departments is necessary.
The position will also support invoice entry as required, ensure invoices are queued and entered correctly into the system, and handle second-level invoice issues and holds within the system. This role also includes but is not limited to, reversals, corrections and adjustments not requiring journal entries. Other duties as assigned by Management.
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) Required Experience:

Knowledge of AP function and processes
Familiarity with financial systems and ERPs
Experience with Microsoft Office required
