Provides advanced support by handling a wide variety of administrative functions within the Production Chemicals function.
Supporting the Field personnel every day for this group.
May be responsible for performing office tasks such as filing and/or maintaining confidential records, processing transactions and other similar duties.
May prepare reports, presentations or correspondence.
Follows organizational and departmental procedures to complete tasks.
May support in facilitating logistics of Field group.
May handle special projects as assigned.
Works under limited supervision.
High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.
5+ years office experience.
Advanced computer skills including advanced knowledge of MS Office software packages especially Outlook, Excel and Word and/or company-specific databases.
Must be able to work well with stringent deadlines and possess good organizational skills.
Must have excellent communication and analytical skills needed to support a diverse team.
Must have a Commitment to customer service and ability to work in team-oriented environment.
SAP expertise a plus
Oilfield Services support experience a plus
Thorough knowledge of practices and procedures of the department and company.
Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
