Outreach Clinician ASO
Eliot Community Human Services’ Homeless Division is seeking a full time experienced Outreach Clinician to work with the Aggressive Street Outreach in
Ensure that consumers are treated with dignity and respect in accordance with ECHS’ Human Rights policy
Perform street outreach activities to identify and develop therapeutic relationships with homeless people living in public places through which concrete and specialized services may be accepted
Provide clinical assessment of unsheltered homeless individuals who request mental health and/or substance abuse services or who are referred by local service providers
Maintain a thorough knowledge of local public and private resources including mental health and substance abuse services; housing, residential programs, and other community organizations
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
Pay: $18.16 per
Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related clinical discipline and MA licensure. Experience working with unaccompanied homeless adults with severe and persistent mental illness and substance abuse disorders, and other medical conditions.
