Responsible for engaging in meaningful conversation with members at the tellerline. Promptly and courteously provide information and conduct transactions for members. Works to help members’ improve their financial situation. Responsible for making decisions that best serve members while balancing the needs of the credit union.
Education equivalent to a four-year high school diploma, one year customer service or sales experience in a retail environment, well developed interpersonal skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Bilingual skills a plus.
