We are currently recruiting for a Global Insights and Analytics Manager in the Restaurant Solution Group. The Measurement Department provides Senior Management and other Leadership with analytics and insights on Business Performance. The position encompasses a unique combination of technical and analytic requirements that helps to provide a compelling and actionable assessment of Global Operation performance
Lead analytic innovation
nking toward actions and strategies to meet business goals.
Gather, organize and interpret disparate data (POS, Operation Performance, Customer metrics etc.) into actionable analytics and insights.
computer skills and tools to conduct analysis and display insights in a visually compelling manner.
Collaborate and communicate with Operations, Consumer and Business Insights teams and cross-functional teams to develop holistic views and analytics on company and restaurant opportunities.
Influence and communicates with Senior Leadership and Restaurant Solution Group by helping to frame discussions by focusing on analytics and insights on key business drivers and opportunities.
Develop periodic Global and Area of World (AOW) insight packages and reporting to display performance and identify potential Business areas of opportunity.
5+ years of analytics or insight experience within a large corporate enviornment required.
Advanced excel skills, R, SAS or similar applications for wider applications, organization and exploring of data required.
Global experience preferred
BA required, advanced degree preferred
Previous experience managing a staff a plus
