Intrepid Learning is now hiring Senior Learning Consultants for multiple opportunities on exciting projects with new and existing clients.
Job Requirements / Responsibilities:
Lead client engagements in area of expertise, providing client management, project management and project delivery services.
Collect and compile relevant data for consulting engagements through client interviews, document review and secondary research.
Conduct organizational analysis with client stakeholders to identify performance improvement and applicable training opportunities at all levels of organizational operation.
Work with client business leaders and training managers to align program interventions with key client initiatives and organizational strategy.
Design and deliver presentations to internal and external clients.
Analysis of key trends in organizational learning and learning technology.
Designing and developing learning solutions for clients as identified, to include, but not limited to handouts, PowerPoint, Instructor Guides, activities, content, scenarios, webinars, job aids, online tutorials, etc.
Developing approaches to measure the impact of the learning solutions
Project managing multiple or single client projects
Skills and Knowledge Requirements
A minimum of 15-20 years of progressive professional experience in one of the following similar industry: Insurance and Sales in a Corporate Training/Learning environment.
Strong “people” skills, including interpersonal, communication, organizational, facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
Network of industry and/or client contacts within corporate learning a strong plus.
Strong Program Management skills.
Excellent verbal skills, including consultative interviewing, telephone research/prospecting, client communication and presentations, report writing, including proofreading and editorial skills.
Graphic design and/or document layout skills a plus.
Demonstrably strong analytical skills, including qualitative and quantitative analysis, with excellent deductive and inductive reasoning skills.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Project
Willing to learn and use internal productivity systems, including CRM and PSA systems.
Experienced researcher, comfortable with research sources that include online and offline business references.
Strong Executive Coaching and advice, with executive presence.
Bachelor’s degree required
Masters Degree preferred (emphasis in training and organizational development)
