We are looking for an individual that is self motivated and aggressive with strong written and verbal skills and the ability to work multiple projects simultaneously. Plans and organizes sales growth by maintaining sales territories, quotas, and goals while participates in training programs for sales representatives. Analyzes sales statistics to determine sales potential and monitors the preferences of customers. Must be able to work without supervision, and adjust work schedule as needed with a can do attitude.
Tasks may include but are not limited to the following:
Participates in activities involving sales of services and advertising
Schedules and conducts on site visits and field sales programs
Manage staff to accomplish department goals and tasks
Analyzes new and existing accounts to formulate sales strategy
Reviews account records and sales reports, reporting directly to GM
Visits potential customers to stimulate interest services offered
Maintains personal equipment, to include cell phone, radio, and laptop computer, and company vehicle
Creates and conducts presentations using various multi-media aids to small and large audiences.
AA Degree or 2-4 years of in-field or related experience
Computer skills, Strong knowledge of MS Office to include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ACT or Sales Logic
