We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Supervisor in Washington, DC.
Support the Lead Project Manager in the supervision of the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund (VCF) Claims Processing Center (CPC). The CPC supports VCF through the provision of staffing of a Helpline and the review and preparation of claims for final decision by the VCF Special Master. The Project Supervisor should be able to manage schedules, handle personnel issues, assist with special projects and budgeting.
Requires Four Year Degree in business administration or related area and a minimum of two years of office management experience. Requires excellent written and oral communication skills as well as basic accounting. Should have hands-on familiarity with a variety of computer applications, including word processing, database, spreadsheet, imaging, and telecommunications. Ability to consistently deliver highest quality work under extreme pressure will be very important.
Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a security clearance.
Budgeting, invoicing and other financial management skills.
