Job Summary:
The New Vehicle Sales Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the activities of the New Vehicle Sales Department. The New Vehicle Sales Manager is responsible for managing the performance of the associates in the department, and achieving 100% Customer Satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:
o Assist Sales Associates in the potential closing of deals
o Oversee the efforts of vehicle sales associates to enhance the dealerships image, the customer experience and achieving 100% Customer Satisfaction
o Forecast daily and monthly goals for the department and strive to meet them
o Complete customer follow-up
o Monitor all three areas of Traffic: Showroom, E-Commerce and Phones
o Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of Sales Associates
o Conduct daily and weekly sales meetings, to include training
o Work with the General Manager and General Sales Manager on new vehicle inventory to be carried based on sales and market analysis
o Assist in managing controllable expense elements for the New Vehicle Department
o Assist in the operation of F & I back-up with credit bureaus, on-pays and properly filled out forms and deal packs
o Demonstrates the behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and safety standards
o Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Required Experience

Qualifications:
o Must meet company's requirements for employment
o Five plus years of dealership operations experience
o Two plus years of previous sales experience
o Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
o Professional personal appearance
o Computer literacy
o Must have a valid state driver's license

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
o Normal office environment
o Prolonged periods of personal computer usage and data entry
o Ability to operate an automobile
o Exposure to inclement weather

Required Education

o High school diploma or the equivalent
o 2 year or 4 year college degree in Business or related field
