The ideal candidate will have: 1) A clinical management background; 2) Solid counseling experience; and 3) A strong cultural connection and a good "why".
Job Summary: The Clinical Director is totally responsible for clinical management and the quality of clinical services provided by the company.
The Clinical Director must have a minimum of three years of upper management experience in the substance abuse and chemical dependency treatment field, including working with dual diagnosis clients. The position requires a keen therapy in management skills.
Qualifications
A minimum of a master's level education with eligibility of holding at least one of the following license; Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). A Ph.D. Clinical Psychologist is also a qualified individual.
A current license in good standing with the Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing.

4 Advanced computer knowledge and experience (mac, word, excel, etc.)
5 Current TB skin test
6 Valid Driver's License
7 Pass an annual Background Clearance
8 Willing to submit to random and alcohol screening (and pass)
9 Minimum of 5 years of continuous sobriety, (if in recovery)
