The Sales Coordinator, reporting directly to the Director of Sales, is responsible for providing administrative support for the sales and catering department, including the DOS, Sales Managers and Catering Sales Manager. Duties include filing, answering and making phone calls and e-mails, creating appropriate collateral, detailing of contracts and BEOs, account maintenance and management. Some evenings and weekend hours, as well as occasional local travel, may be required to assist with client contact, site visits and trade shows.

Position Requirements

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a keen eye for detail and an engaging, professional demeanor. A minimum of two (2) years experience in a related position, such as sales and/or catering administrative assistant or coordinator, in a hotel environment. Additional hotel experience in sales, catering, food & beverage or guest services is highly preferred. Working knowledge of Delphi.net and the MS Office suite a plus.
