Do you have QA experience in metals manufacturing, preferably Aerospace? Do you have considerable Quality Assurance technical and leadership expertise? Do you have experience integrating new QA hires into an already existing team? Have you secured QA related certifications?

If this sounds like you Pioneer Industries is currently seeking a QA Supervisor to join our Manufacturing/Production group. This position will report directly to the Assistant Vice President.

Pioneer Industries is a division of Pioneer Human Services (PHS) is a nationally recognized statewide non-profit organization with over 50 locations providing an integrated array of services to include employment and training, chemical dependency treatment, mental health counseling and corrections services.

Requirements:
Ability to successfully pass the company’s pre-employment drug screen and background check

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Business or related field preferred.
•Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
•AS 9100 and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor status preferred.
•Five years Quality Assurance experience in metals manufacturing.
•Two years’ experience managing a manufacturing Quality Assurance group of 6-10 employees.
•Considerable knowledge of the principles, procedures and practical application of LEAN Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement.
•Considerable expertise in developing and maintaining Quality records and documents
•Ability to partner and collaborate with key customer account management regarding quality and quality issues
•Technical knowledge of pre-production approvals parts, advanced product Quality planning, Failure mode & effective analysis (FMEA)
•Excellence computer skills particularly with Excel spreadsheets
•Experience developing and managing budgets
•Excellent verbal, written and negotiating skills
•Ability to lead and motivate staff
•Skill in providing technical training and professional development of assigned staff
•Skill in presenting audit findings and other quality issues to company leadership as well as internal and external customers.
