We have openings for 2 IT Recruiters for our Chantilly VA office.

We are aggressively hiring IT Professionals and will like someone to join our team of existing recruiters to help us in this effort. We have an extremely streamlined recruitment process with a large network of IT professionals all managed within our automatic applicant tracking system (Taleo).

If you are a people person who has a good understanding of technology, aggressive, willing to work hard, excited to make money and have a pleasant personality – go ahead and apply for this position. We are looking to hire someone immediately and will be conducting telephonic and in-person interviews starting early next week.

Conduct skills testing, initial interviews, reference checks and background investigations

Maintain excellent documentation with the company ’ s on-line systems

Prepare candidates through the client interview process

Build strong relationships with employees through different activities .
