Designs and administers human resources policies and procedures that pertain to employee relations and focuses on providing/delivering HR excellence in staffing, onboarding, career development and performance management.
4-8 years of progressive Human Resources experience with at least 2 years in a Federal Contractor environment.
Exeperienced and proficient in Human Resources concepts, practices and processes.
Ability to articulate the complexities of Human Resources issues effectively to both executives and employees.
Specific experience developing and implementing effective employee communication tools.
Demonstrated reliability and trustworthiness.
Demonstrated creativity and willingness to contribute ideas and lead positive change.
Demonstrated professional maturity.
Demonstrated committment to fostering and supporting a positive work environment for all.
Ability to effectively plan and accomplish goals.
Excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
