The Loyalty Ambassador develops proactive personal relationships
and acts as an advocate and point of contact for all Select Guests.
The Loyalty Ambassador will be responsible for the
individual traveler and their needs and the development,
execution, and maintenance of the Select Guest program and
relationships. The Loyalty Ambassador will update and maintain the
Select Guest profiles and hotel communication to each member and will
constantly monitor the total contribution to transient occupancy and
assist with the prediction of future guest needs.

  • Make Reservations
  • Change/cancel reservations
  • Daily maintenance of PMS guest history profiles
  • Handle mail/correspondence
  • Verify daily
arrivals of Select Guests, ensuring all special service codes are on
arriving reservations
  • Distribution of necessary reports
to departments involved in delivering Select guest services
  • Purchase of Select Guest related collateral and items
  • Service and build relationships with Select Guests
  • Knowledge of hotel services, facilities and events
  • Knowledge of all packages, promotions and rate structure
  • Knowledge of points of interest
  • Knowledge of
citywide conventions/events
  • Participate and support all
sales efforts
  • Demonstrate ability to up-sell
  • Proper use of Special Service codes to ensure Select guest
  • Conduct timely communications with Select
Guests on birthdays and special occasions
  • Contribute to
in-house associate programs (OST, OSC)
  • Practice
“Power of One”, offer solutions to problems

Maintain the utmost professionalism at all times

Attendance at key departmental meetings and Coffee Klatch to ensure
hotel awareness
  • Participate in all team building and
learning exercises to ensure a consistently strong team of
Reservation Sales associates
  • Contribute to the daily
atmosphere of friendliness, teamwork, support and optimism
  • Act as a liaison between the hotel and Select Guest Member
  • Perform other duties as requested by the
Reservation Manager and Director of Front Office Operations
