Responsible for the accurate acceptance of requests for DME and respiratory equipment, wound care supply, ostomy and urologicals from clinical staff and patients. Responsible for recording order, verifying patient information, verifying insurance information and scheduling delivery within required clinical time frame.

High School graduate or equivalent and one (1) to three (3) years’ relevant experience. Customer Service experience/background. Extensive knowledge of durable medical and respiratory therapy equipment required. Excellent telephone skills/familiarity with automated information systems. Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
