The Clinical Director mentors
Inpatient Therapists and Direct Care staff regarding clinical
implementation. Plans, organizes, directs and evaluates program
activities to meet treatment goals. Monitors trends, legislation
and regulations that are relevant to the program’s mission and
makes program and advocacy recommendations to the Administrator and
