The Business Process Analyst Intern will assist the team by revising and creating documentation of processes. The Business Process Analyst Intern will learn about documenting and analyzing operations, work processes, and policies and procedures in order to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
This is a full-time summer internship and will require someone who can work at least 40 hours per week. Start and end dates will be based on availability and business need.

Assists in drafting new/revised policy and procedure documents
Assists in policy, procedure and training revisions
Provides support and follow-up to employees in an effort to achieve successful business practices.
Assists in the functional design of automating business processes and performs work flow analysis
Assists the Training Specialist in creating training curriculum and materials.
Other duties as assigned.
Nonessential function: other duties as assigned.
Must be able to communicate professionally for use in business correspondence, report writing and policy/procedure manual development
Ability to write clear and accurate policies and procedures
Ability to interact effectively with all customers and employees
Ability to use project management skills.
Ability to prepare flow charts, graphs, tables and status reports.
Ability to interpret various forms of analytical and technical data used in making decision
Good computer skills
Ability to multi-task
Must be detailed oriented
Ability to work as an outstanding team member and perform based on established standards and expectations.
Must be currently enrolled and have completed at least 60 credit hours with an accredited college or university.
Preference may be given to those pursuing a degree in Communications or Business Administration.
