The primary purpose of this position is to manage system agreements for supplies, services and equipment, while maintaining the integrity of contractual incentives and obligations under the general supervision of the System Director, Strategic Sourcing. This position is responsible in assisting and prioritizing bid calendars with specific contract strategies and plays an integral part in driving OhioHealth supply cost to Top 25th percentile of national best practice bench marks. This position will manage and lead negotiations for specific portfolio segments within the OhioHealth contract portfolio. The position will provide mentorship, development opportunities and on going training for Contract Analyst associates. The Portfolio Administrator will provide input for, and participate in, the formulation of policy which aligns with Strategic Sourcing plan; administer and execute contracts per Corporate Purchasing and Authority Matrix corporate polices, provide leadership to Procurement Services team for vendor sourcing strategies which align with contract initiatives; actively contributes to the achievement of the health system’s overall annual strategic plan in accordance with balance scorecard; foster a good understanding of financial interdependencies with Strategic Sourcing outcomes and information systems integration for both clinical and non clinical application and completion of special assignments and projects as required and assigned by senior leadership. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, Healthcare or Logistics

Aggressive with ability to demonstrate previous negotiation successes
Excellent communication and analytical skills (verbal and written)
Advanced computer skill set in Excel, Access, Word, Power Point, MS Project and Lotus Notes
Good knowledge or principal and practices for vendor management and contract administration

5-7 years healthcare experience in Strategic Sourcing and Contracting, Procurement and Supplier Relations Additional Job Information
