State Sales Manager - Nevada ( Spirits/Wine Industry a must )

Priorities of the Position (not limited to):
  • Achieve volume objectives for Nevada brand state priorities
  • Monitor and ensure that Brand State Priority volume objectives are achieved in the state of Nevada
  • Establish agreed upon key performance indicators with key distributors to ensure they are focused on the Brand State Priorities for the state of Nevada
  • Ensure that retail pricing is consistent with brand strategies in the state of Nevada and make recommendations as needed
  • Build brands, develop relationships, sell distribution, and coordinate programs with multi-state customers (i.e.: chains and
    Military) and work cross-functionally to promote
Qualifications for Position:
  • Bachelor Degree in Business or commensurate experience
  • Willingness to travel
  • Proficient in Microsoft office products
  • Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)
  • A valid driver's license
  • 5+ years experience
  • Previous spirits/wine sales experience in given market
Ideal Qualifications for Position:
  • Budgeting, planning and financial analysis experience
  • Record of successful leadership
  • National Accounts Experience - on and off premise
  • Marketing Experience\
