Description

Provide effective management, reporting, development and implementation of all Global Supply Chain affordability tasks and initiatives supporting the Hale Enterprise. With minimal direction, assist in development of applicable affordability processes, metrics and implementation plans for Global Supply Chain. Ensure compliance and consistency with Enterprise Affordability requirements, processes and reporting. Support preparation and maintenance of program and functional reviews on behalf of the Global Supply Chain Program Manager and GSC Integration Team Lead. Development of visibility tools, project plans and reports to support or enhance Global Supply Chain objectives and tactics. Must have a thorough understanding of Affordability Implementation.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree with 10 years relevant experience.Must have a comprehensive technical, production and/or business operation background. Requires ability to work independently, effectively communicate with various levels of employees and management and manage priorities. Project Management background required. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite 2007.

Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to comprehend technical issues while also being able to address business operational, supply chain, internation and customer issues that affect the Program's ability to meet contractual objectives. APICS, SAP and Systems Engineering background a plus.
