Conductor is seeking an energetic, entrepreneurial and effective Customer Success Manager (CSM) to drive adoption, value and success, in order to secure client retention and revenue growth of our rapidly growing client base. This person should be comfortably engaging, negotiating and consulting with C-level executives as well as developing relationships with various management levels and organizational teams. The key to success in this role is to communicate the value of an SEO platform and connect the client’s business objectives to that value in addition to disseminating best practices and a deep knowledge of product capabilities and functionality.
Specific Responsibilities:
Work with a driven and highly motivated team to provide a world-class client experience for some of the world's largest companies
Develop a relationship with customer executive sponsors and influencers to align their key search objectives with the value and functionality of Searchlight
As an SEO industry expert you will be the primary point of contact for the customer and manage the day-to-day customer relationship
Organize and conduct on-boarding and training calls for Searchlight and understand their baseline search goals and define success metrics for expansion
Conduct on-going account meetings to communicate best practices, develop plans for expanded functionality usage and use case examples for leveraging new product features and functionality
Proactively monitor and report on customer usage and success to internal teams
Create and deliver monthly reporting; informing customer of solution successes and making recommendations for optimization
Ensure that all customers within territory derive maximum value from their investment in Conductor
Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
Successfully negotiate renewal contracts and pricing
Required Experience
5+ years experience in an account management or relationship management role, preferably within an online advertising firm, or enterprise technology firm
Experience within the search marketing industry is a plus
Comfortable with carrying a renewal quota and experience negotiating contracts and terms
Proven effectiveness at leading and facilitating executive workshops/programs
Excellent oral and written communication skills along with an ability to work with a broad range of internal and external clients
A strong ability to perform independently while working in a fast-paced team environment
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and team oriented
Strong computer skills, especially with Excel and PowerPoint a plus
Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.com a plus
Experience using website analytics software (Omniture, Coremetrics, Google Analytics, etc) a plus
Willing to travel
