Straub is a complete health care system, which

The Patient Service Representative acts as a
liaison between patients and the professional staff by facilitating
clerical and reception responsibilities and assisting in
administrative tasks. Interviews, registers, admits, updates, and
creates patients’ medical records. Performs accurate, complete,
and timely processing of all professional / technical fees generated
by department providers. Performs cash handling and collection

: High school or equivalent. Basic computer
skills. One year of clerical support in a healthcare setting or
related experience.


: Basic medical terminology.
Experience with EPIC. ICD-9 and CPT coding
