Our client is recruiting for a Project Manager to start as soon as possible for a term anticipated to close at the end of Q1 2013; an extension may be required and would be identified during the milestones of the project. The position is primarily virtual however the individual will need to be on-site in Milford, Massachusetts as required for periodic interaction with the primary stake holder, core team or executive team. The option to work from the client’s Milford offices is also available should that be attractive to the candidate.

Our client will embark on a project that will re-engineer the processes in place today as well as replace and introduce new technologies into the operating platform. A vendor has been contracted to deliver three pieces of the platform; a content management system, a global profile repository and a next generation corporate agent desktop. Each of these three products are in different stages of agile development with the vendor. The successful candidate will collaborate with the vendor to set requirements and priorities and to identify and mitigate risk. operation during the transition of these next generation tools. ATI will be responsible for the internal processes that need to occur to make the project a success such as, travel profile ETL, unused ticket date flow enhancements, and other agency date cleanse or process analysis. The candidate will collaborate with the vendor Project Manager or any other third party defined within the project.

The candidate should possess the basic attributes of a good Project Manager utilizing foresight, organization, communication and leadership skills. They should also be pragmatic and empathetic to achieve successful results of the team and of the project.

A moderate technical understanding is required as the intended tools will integrate with each other as well as other tools and processes which may cause significant impact to timelines, delivery and risk mitigation. The vendor’s tools are built with an open architecture that allow various third party integrations.

Executive Leadership will require documented project plans, milestones, and awareness of the project status throughout the term.
