Experience is required
Manages inpatient pharmacy; establishes policies, procedures, standards, and objectives for the provision of services.
Evaluates performance and maintains quality assurance.
Coordinates with other departments to provide maximum level of services to patients and hospital staff.
KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING
Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
MS, PharmD and/or residency training required.
License and registration as required.
Sufficient experience as staff pharmacist in a hospital or similar institution.
At least 5 years of progressive management experience.
Must possess basic computer skills related to Windows navigation, mouse usage, accurate keyboarding, email communication and password management.
