We have an immediate opening for an experienced and dynamic individual to join our Marketing and Customer Service Team as a Patient Liaison in our Headquarters Office located in Rockville, MD. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday, daytime hours.

The Patient Liaison is an inside marketing relationship position responsible for ensuring customer service, converting prospective patients into satisfied customers, preparing and reporting new patient scheduling results to management and accurately maintaining customer database. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating with all Shady Grove Fertility offices and supervisors to ensure seamless transition of prospective patients and the highest level of patient satisfaction. Position will track and follow up with individual progress of prospective customers. The Patient Liaison also plays a key role in making recommendations for process improvement and opportunities to increase new patient opportunities. This position does not involve any cold calling or telemarketing.

The successful candidate will have customer services experience with at least 2 years of inside sales or customer service skills, strong ability to build relationships and ability to communicate information in an effective and empathetic manner. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within and across departments, ability to multitask and strong organizational skills a must. Bachelor's degree preferred. Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
