Position Title: Customer Service Specialist
Department: OCD(Ortho Clinical Diagnostics)
Korean Title: Sawon
- Daily order transaction in SAP
- Daily report update
- Working closely with regional planning team and customers, do monthly demand planning & place orders
- Distributes customer inquiries regarding orders, changes, cancellations, delivery dates, application of products, and pricing.
- Documents and follows up on customer complaints regarding billing, shipping delays and products.
- Inventory management - consignment & warehouse
- Places orders for replacement parts and/or for correcting errors such as shipment of wrong item or shortages as directed
- Adhoc administrative work
- SAP 사용 가능자
- Bachelor Degree
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills and organization skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with customers
- Ability to prioritize and multi task with attention to detail to solve problems
- Self-motivated, energetic, proven sales skills
- Customer focused
