Answer phones, provide information on a wide variety of topics, take messages, transfer and refer calls as appropriate. Assist students with student enrollment and financial aid questions. Provides information and routine guidance related to Banner Self-Service, payment plans and interpretation on Web registration. Perform clerical support functions for Business Office. May order and inventory supplies, catalogs and forms; may prepare purchase orders and process paperwork to insure vendor payment; may enter payroll information on classified personnel. May collect registration fees and payments for miscellaneous obligations, enters waivers, receipts actual payments, and cash close.

Required Qualifications
High School diploma and at least three (3) years of relevant full-time experience.
