Manage client contractual services, including conducting needs assessments of potential clients and providing services for in-house clients Oversee administrative support to committee and Board chairs; Prepare and distribute minutes and reports; Develop policies, procedures and strategic plans to guide future client activities; Assist various committees with project support; Ensure compliance of clients’ activities with association bylaws and accreditation body; Implement client directives Oversee accreditation of CME, CNE, and CEU credit hours for meeting; Develop working knowledge of ACCME regulations and guidelines Work with Accounting Manager to manage the client financial services; Develop meeting budgets, and/or project budgets Manage membership database, invoicing, and communication to members; Manage marketing plans for membership retention and recruitment Serve as the liaison with Convention & Meetings to coordinate clients’ meetings needs i.e., registration, exhibits, sponsorship, food and beverage, audio visual, promotion Develop client production timelines and oversees the production of clients’ marketing and various publications; Create client production timelines Coordinate the client set-up, including transitioning master files and records, including incorporation and tax status, membership database files, financial, merchant and investment accounts, web site, and other processes as needed; Provide timely response to all client and member inquires; Oversee maintenance of client files and records Manage and lead all aspects of Association Management Services (AMS) program; Serve as the primary staff liaison for all related AMS services; Meet annual contribution margin goals, track and oversee results; Recommend and implement strategies to ensure best possible revenue outcomes; Oversee development of proposals and contracts, contract renewals, and service fees; Develop and monitor AMS budget; Monitor staff hours for each client; Oversee one Client Coordinator and temporary assistance as needed; Distribute general AMS information to College staff, as needed; cultivate new client relationships
