At Stanley Black & Decker (SBD), one of the world’s fastest growing and most dynamic companies, we seek the best in the industry to join our team. Currently, our Product Services Division is searching a Field Service Coordinator to work in our Boston Service Center located in Westwood, MA.

The Field Service Coordinator is responsible for effectively managing the repair business for Stanley Black & Decker accounts assigned to our mobile sales unit; aggressively seeks out and develops prospective accounts; builds a client group by following proper routing cycles and recommending and selling appropriate repair services to end-users; grows the business by analyzing the needs of our potential customers and selling Stanley Black & Decker programs and services; provides feedback to Product Services Operations regarding territory status and any competitive activities; may assists other Stanley Black & Decker Sales Groups in conducting effective contractor demonstrations/employee product knowledge; and learn all aspects of the service center to include but limited to: IS operation, front counter operations, repair processes; billing/payable records, payroll functions, center merchandising; inventory management and center profit and loss statement.

The successful candidate for the Field Service Coordinator position must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent; must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record; must be dependable, reliable and need minimal supervision; must be able to demonstrate superior customer service and salesmanship; must have the ability to read and comprehend operations system procedures and computer reports; must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations; must be able to conduct business in a professional manner and maintain appropriate conduct in and out of the service center environment when representing Stanley Black & Decker; must be able to adhere to the company’s dress code at all times; must be able to learn our products, their applications, care and proper maintenance as well as become well versed in our discounts, pricing policies, product prices and product programs.
