Facilitates high quality, child centered, family focused, cost effective, community based services to at risk youth and their families within a local government structure as organized under the Virginia Comprehensive Services Act (CSA). This individual serves as manager of the system to create improved outcomes for children and families. Responsible for managing finances of the program and maintain ongoing and intermittent payments for services provided; Serves as clerk to the Grayson County Community Policy Management Team.
Some general knowledge of the human services system. Knowledge related to government structure , operation, and regulatory functions. Knowledge and ability to develop and manage a program budget. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals in diverse roles. Ability to maintain detailed confidential and fiscal information in a secure manner. Ability to collect, organize, and report data.Ability to develop meaningful measurable outcomes to provide feedback to the CPMT, FAPT, and other interested local parties on the operation of the CSA program
Ability to plan, organize, and facilitate meetings and training.
Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks, projects, and responsibilities.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficient in use of MS Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel software.
Experience with the Comprehensive Services Act
Minimum of 2 years of experience administering or managing finances and financial policies
2 year Degree in any human services, financial, or business field
4 year Degree in any field
Experience working with Virginia Comprehensive Services Act.
Experience working with Thomas Brother Financial Systems.
