Leads and directs Human Resources Coverage Team as a strategic partner for the Phoenix location. Directs and provides guidance to assigned and cross-functional Human Resources Coverage Teams. Lead Consultant to the organization in all aspects of human resources functions and programs. Provides a strategic approach and long-term view to decision making; considering all the implications based on people, culure, business unit and impacted areas. Actively engages the organizations in achieving their business and people objectives. Makes adjustments to company wide HR programs based on particular business needs. Ensures compliance in all State and Federal laws, HR policies, practices and communications. Oversight of all HR related activities for Field locations of 1000+ employees.

Skills

Successful candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or related field, minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR generalist experience, with a minimum of 5 years of HR management experience. The successful candidate will possess outstanding communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Professional certification (PHR/SPHR) and prior experience in a large Call Center environment is strongly preferred.
