      CURRICULUM MANAGER –IPS
      Works with Product & Technology Vice Presidents and their leadership teams in analyzing the business
      in order to identify development gaps and performance issues ensuring alignment with the business
      strategies. Serve as liaison between the training and development function and the line of business
      stakeholders. Strong sense of ownership for line of business problems and act as leaders for the
      programmes or interventions that solve these issues. Maintain extensive knowledge of and relationship
      with Geomarket Managers and/or Functional groups to identify requirements in relation to training
      and development.
      Education/Experience

      • Degree preferred in area of discipline • 5+years functional or business experience in Upper Completions or IPS. • Has functional or operational experience as coach, mentor or instructor Skills/Responsibilities • Expertise in career development • Understands how learning integrates with performance improvement • Understands organization’s learning culture and company culture • Has expertise in performance improvement consulting • Has expertise in collaborative learning strategies and programs • Understanding of the ability to share and use content • Expertise in coaching • Possesses ability to globalize learning programs and operations • Experti s e in business plan development for learning • Broad knowledge in business products and services or functional services • Clear understanding of the root cause of performance issues • Project management • Planning and organizational skills • Problem solving skills • Strong analytical skills • Understand instructional design process and delivery methods • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Duties/Responsibilities • Supports the T&D team as a Business Analyst to determine core competencies required to drive the business • Identifies SMEs and gains their commitment • Determines training needs and prioritizes in conjunction with technology, marketing, and operations • Determines ROI for all technical training • Responsible for managing the scope and focus of the curriculum • Aligns and optimizes curricula inside and across product segments • Engages with content development team to identify appropriate strategies for training and assessments including social learning • Responsible for the life cycle of the training curricula • Provides feedback on the quality of the instructional design and delivery • Participates in Training and Development Vendor Process Management , Vendor Evaluation and ongoing Vendor Assessment
