To conduct detailed exterior and interior inspection for vehicles containing subjects selected for research study. To perform crash scene reconstruction. To participate in multidisciplinary/multi-institutional case review meetings. To provide detailed description of the crash dynamics and occupants kinematics throughout the crash scenario.

(Annual Salary Range: $45,198 - $58,760 - $72,322) Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Engineering or otherwise related field and three years experience in crash investigation/reconstruction. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.

The ideal candidate will possess a master's degree in Public Health or Engineering. CIREN Center experience highly preferred. Experience in a medical setting and five years directly related experience in crash investigation/reconstruction is desirable. Licensure / Certifications Currently certified as a Crash Investigator by the National Automotive Sampling System (NASS). Currently certified as a Crash Data Retrieval System Operator by a certifier recognized by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).
