Analyze and report on case management and claims data to understand product effectiveness and identify opportunities.
Coordinate quarterly reports.
Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests and investigate questions from sales and internal team members on reports.
Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements for reporting
Identifies solutions to reporting
Provides explanations and information to others on reporting issues
Acts as a resource for others with less experience

Successful experience in analytics for minimum 3 years.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required; degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
Working knowledge of employer health plan or benefit operations and systems.

Strong Excel and Access experience.
Good data orientation.
